If you have not found the necessary city, please fill in the Personal order indicating the particular city and your wishes. We shall contact to you in a shortest term and try to find the possibility for executing your order. The terms of the executing of your order are from 2 hours to 5 days (in view of day off) and depend on city, which is necessary to deliver a gift in.
The cost of delivery depends on the region and the city, which the gift is delivered in.
In view what not all our representatives work in day off and holidays, and also taking into account a time difference of various time zones, we recommend you to make the order not less than 3-5 days prior to the date of delivery.
Term of fulfilment of the order depends on complexity. The processing of the personal orders can take from 3 to 7 business days.
