How to make the order
How to make the standard order:
- In the upper menu choose the country and city, in which it is necessary to execute the delivery of a gift.
- Choose a gift you like from the assortment submitted and press on the icon "order cart".
- Choose "to make the order" in a window of a basket.
- Fill in the correct address of the addressee, the date of delivery, the text of the congratulation, way of payment etc.
- Fill in the data of the sender. The date of sender is not transmitted to the addressee and use only if it is necessary for the purpose to contact to client for the coordination of the order.
- After the order was made, it is necessary to wait the confirmation of receipt of your order from the manager of a service and to make payment in a way chosen by you.
If you have not found the necessary city, please make the personal order and we shall try to find a possibility to execute your order in this city within 3-4 business days.
If you do not found the necessary gift or you have special requirements, wishes, recommendations, please fill in the personal order. In this case you can refer to a bouquet or gift from the assortments submitted to any city in a way of specifying in your order the number of an appropriate picture.
How to make the personal order
- Choose in the basic menu "Personal order".
- Describe all what you want (wishes, cost of gift, date of delivery and so on) in details as more as it is possible.
- After your order was made our manager will contact to the representative in the specified city for purpose to agree the order, update the cost and then send you an confirmation of our acceptance of your order and particular break down of the cost of one.
